These Terms and Conditions govern the use of School Plus Admin App, a school administration application provided by NELL Technologies.

     This software provides a solution for a educational institution to manage their day to day activities. This software helps to manage student's and staff's data. This software is having an integrated mechanism to send SMS to parents to notify about student’s attendance, exams or any other communications. Exams and Mark lists can be managed by this system easily. This software has been designed to be used by all department staffs of the educational institution. Teacher, Admin People, Management People can work with this Software to perform their day to day activities. Attendance can be taken by the teacher or any other specific staff on a daily basis, Once the attendance is taken SMS will be sent to parents if their child is absent for a particular day. Fees collections and setting fees structure can be managed easily with this software. Time Table is also can be designed by this system for every academic year.

This software may be updated and enhanced by NELL Technologies at any time if there is any bug or requirement

• This document represents as an agreement between client and NELL Technologies.
• This soft copy document can be changed by NELL technologies at any time accoding to the legal and business needs.
• You are allowed to use this software only for your institution with proper license.
• License shall be renewed on account of expiry. License will be valid for only one year from the date of purchase.
• You are allowed to send only transactional SMS to staffs, students and parents only.
• Client is responsible for keeping Student's data and Staff's data (Blood Group, Phone number etc) with out any mistakes. Client has to ensure that data is entered into this software accurately. Data correction shall be made by client if there is any wrong data is entered by mistake.
• Backup activity shall be done by client to take care of all data and records as this software will be running at client's premises. Backup shall be taken periodically.
• NELL Technologies is responsible for all bug fixes and updates.
• This software is having an internal mechanism to send SMS. Sending promotional SMS can be achieved only by using "Promo SMS" menu. SMS shall be sent to parents with appropriate contents. SMS cost has to be paid separately to NELL Technologies according to the usage. License cost will be excluded from SMS cost.
• SMS Sender Id will be created by NELL Technologies for sending Transactional SMS at the time of installation. Once the SMS sender id is created, Legal agreement will become alive between NELL Technologies and its client automatically.
• NELL Technologies will take care of installations if this software is corrupted due to Operating system crash or any other crash(Charges may apply).
• NELL Technologies will provide technical supports(bug fixes, installations and usage) at any time.
• You shall not emulate, clone, rent, lend, lease, sell, modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Software or disassemble or create derivative works based on the Software or any portion thereof with the sole exception of a non-waiverable right granted to You by applicable legislation, and you shall not otherwise reduce any part of the Software to human-readable form or transfer the licensed Software, or any subset of the licensed Software, nor permit any third party to do so, except to the extent the foregoing restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You shall not rent, lease or lend the Software to any third party.
• You acknowledge, accept and agree that no software is error-free and You are advised to back up the Computer with the frequency and reliability suitable for You.

• Each staff will have an individual user account to use this software.
• Staff is liable to keep all records safely.
• Copying data and records are restricted in any form.
• This software is having an internal mechanism to send SMS. Sending promotional SMS is restricted in this software. SMS shall be sent to parents with appropriate contents.
• Transactional SMS only can be sent by using this software. SMS shall be sent only to appropriate people(Parents, Students and Institution's staffs only).Please refer https://sms.nelltechnologies.com to know more about transactional sms and promotion sms and other guide lines.
• Staffs are advised to make sure that all data entries are entered properly without mistakes.
• Keeping students records away from anonymous people is major responsibility of a staff. Please do not share your user account credential to anyone. Please change your password periodically.
• Do not allow anyone to do your activity by giving your credential on account of your absent. This may lead to misuse of your account.
• Please be informed that this software is being developed to computerized all the activities of educational institution. Misuse of this software is liable to law.
